To sign up, simply enter your info in the form at the bottom of this page, give us a call, or stop by one of our several locations throughout the city. Once you’re signed up we’ll provide you with your own Hilary’s Wash & Fold laundry bag to fill up!
We don’t charge by weight, so feel free to load your bag to the max.
We pick it up or you drop off
Schedule a time for us to collect the bag at your home, free of charge (or drop it off at any of the locations listed on our website).
We deliver it
Within 48 hours, your clothes will be crisp, clean and ready for pick up or free delivery at your convenience.

How much does it cost?
Instead of calculating by weight, we offer a monthly Wash & Fold subscription service based on your unique needs (it can be cancelled at any time). Pricing includes pick up, delivery and laundry services, and you will only be charged once the service is complete.
Pricing
1 bag a week: $65/bag + tax
*Average bag weight of 30lbs ($2.16/lbs)
2 bags a week: $60/bag + tax
*Average bag weight of 30lbs ($2.00/lbs)
3 bags a week: $55/bag + tax
*Average bag weight of 30lbs ($1.97/lbs)

With over 70 years of experience, we are Ottawa’s experts in fabric care. Each and every garment is carefully analyzed and uniquely treated to remove the toughest stains, like wine, grease, lipstick, coffee, etc. Shirt cuffs and collars are pre-soaked and scrubbed. Delicate and sensitive materials are treated with extreme care in our specialized washers. We stop at nothing to make sure your favourite garments return to you as good as new.
We also offer the same convenient pick up and delivery services as our Wash & Fold. Simply continue to use your customized Hillary’s dry cleaning bag for those specific items and we can pick it up and drop it off along with your wash & fold bag.
