Accessibility Training for Hillary’s Staff
We provide accessibility training to all Hillary’s service counter associates, including:
- Hillary’s Cleaners Customer Service Standard.
- Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act of 2005.
- How to interact with people with various types of disabilities.
- How to interact with people who use an assistive device or require the assistance of a service animal or support person.
- How to use any equipment or devices available to help provide service to people with disabilities.
