Front Counter Associate (Full or Part-Time Positions)
- Assist customers with service inquiries in a swift, proficient and friendly manner.
- Processing customer transactions.
- Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
- Calling customers when garments are ready for pick-up.
Seamstress (Full or Part-Time Positions)
- Alter, mend, modify and construct garments and other articles according to customers’ specifications and needs.
- Replacing buttons, zippers, pockets, and linings to garments.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
